Our therapists always tailor the massage to your feedback. During the session you can indicate whether you want more or less pressure and where you experience tension or discomfort.

Vital Stream exclusively uses 100% natural massage oils.
We use almond and grape seed oil as base oil, supplemented with 100% organic essential oils.

All our therapists speak fluent English, so that clear communication is always possible.

In addition, some therapists have additional language skills. You can find more information about this on our team page.

Vital Stream has a strict selection procedure:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Thorough assessment of massage skills

• Attention to professionalism, service and client focus

This is how we guarantee our high quality standards.

Vital Stream does not work directly with health insurers.
You pay for your treatment immediately afterwards.

Depending on your health insurance, you may be able to request reimbursement yourself by submitting our invoice.

The health and safety of our clients comes first.

• All areas are cleaned and disinfected daily

• We use clean bed linen and towels for every client

• Bed linen and towels are washed at a high temperature

• Therapists wash and disinfect their hands before and after each treatment

When booking, choose the massage, duration, date and time. After completion, you will receive confirmation by email and (if applicable) the invoice.

Switching between sports massage and relaxation massage is usually possible. All our therapists are qualified for this.

For treatments such as hot stone massage, foot reflexology or manual lymphatic drainage, this is not always possible due to preparation or equipment.

Change duration

• Shortening the session is considered cancellation; the full amount remains due

• Extension is possible if the agenda allows it

Yes, you can make an appointment for someone else using your own details.
You can indicate this in the note during the booking process.

You can make an appointment up to 3 months in advance via our online booking system.

This period helps us to keep the planning clear and reliable.

Online booking for the same day is not always possible.
In that case, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp to check availability.

• If there is a delay up to 5 minutes you do not need to contact us

• If there is a longer delay, we ask you to report this via WhatsApp or email

Our therapists will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. Without notice, the appointment will be registered as no-show.

A shortened session will be charged in full.

When booking you can indicate whether you prefer a male or female therapist.

For duo massages you choose one therapist; the second is assigned automatically.

You can indicate in advance or at the start of the session which areas need extra attention.

Our massages are aimed at relaxation and well-being and are not medical treatments. Some treatments, such as the 50-minute back pain therapy, have a fixed focus.

You don't need to bring anything. We provide all the supplies you need.

Do you have a gift voucher? Please take this with you to your appointment.

With a duo massage, two people receive a massage simultaneously in the same room.

This massage is not exclusively intended for couples and is often booked by friends or family. The rates are the same as our standard rates.

Yes, that is possible.
All massages from our menu can be combined, with the exception of chair massage.

During a relaxation massage, the back, shoulders, neck and legs are massaged with the aim of deep relaxation and stress reduction.

You can have a massage as often as you like.
We recommend one massage per month to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The following situations or areas will not be massaged:

• Open wounds, abrasions or bruises

• Active inflammation

• Varicose veins
