Pre-IVF treatment massage

A healthy lifestyle before conceiving is almost as important as a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. If you are facing IVF challenge, it is a good idea to start preparing at least three months in advance.

Along with giving up harmful habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating unhealthy foods, a massage is another extremely effective way to detoxify your body.

A massage can help increase the blood flow and circulation to the reproductive system, clean the fallopian tubes, regulate the connective tissue in the reproductive organs, cleanse the liver of accumulated toxins, and improve hormonal function. It reduces stress and tension and contributes to your complete peace of mind, thereby increasing the chance of a successful IVF procedure.

The Benefits of Massage Therapy While Trying to Conceive.

Each July, the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals hosts “EveryBody Deserves a Massage Week.” The event was created in 1995 with the dream of giving everyone access to the physical and mental health benefits of massage therapy, regardless of their ability to pay. The advantages of massage therapy are numerous and range from relieving tension and reducing the frequency of headaches to easing the effects of osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.
